From a private dwelling to an international company
When Jörgen Mårtensson started Elektro Logik in his home in Bjärred, Sweden in 1976, he could hardly have imagined the company’s positive development.
Two years after start-up the first programmable control system for PLC was delivered, and by 1984 the company was able to move to its own premises in Lomma near Malmö.
1986 was a truly memorable year that saw the first major order from Tetra Pak. The time was now right to become a limited company, and it soon acquired its first employee.
The company was a CAD pioneer, and was able to deliver its first CAD drawings at the end of the 1980s.
The next decade started with a new move and a more incisive company structure with professional management, as well as the first extensive turnkey project in Switzerland. These successes played a part when Jörgen Mårtensson was voted Lomma Municipality’s Businessman of the Year. In 1996 the company moved again to its current location on Järngatan in Lomma.
The years following the Millennium have seen the successes continuing. The company has become a pre-supplier for Tetra Pak, carried out training courses and ventures in DotNet technology, developed an electronic management and quality system and been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000.
This development has attracted considerable attention, and Elektro Logik was designated a gazelle company by the Dagens Industri newspaper.
